This light serves it's purpose for adding some extra reading lights above the couch in our RV. If you need to light up a whole room, this won't do it. But if you need supplemental lighting in areas where there is no power available nearby, such as an RV, closet or workbench, then this will work well. I like the ability to adjust each light so that it will illuminate the specific area where you need it. I haven't had this light long enough to know how long the batteries will last. But I would recommend using rechargeable batteries.

If you want a lot of light, and those who didn't like it, go buy a spotlight or a large lamp! For a battery light bar that would fit almost anywhere, this is a great option! Good light and fits great in our rv.

This is a clever light with its swivels, but it puts out very little light and is bulky-looking for under-cabinet use. For closets, etc., I think the "puck" lights are better and brighter.

As with the other Rite Lite products I have purchased in the past I am extremely pleased with these lights. Don't be mislead...these are not bright enough to light an entire room. These lights give off the perfect amount of "accent" lighting. What's great about this style light is that each individual light head twists and turns easily so you can actually point the light exactly where you need it. I would recommend using the screw bracket it includes NOT the velcro. Once again Rite Lite has come thru with an inexpensive and easy solution to lighting needs!

We have 2 of these lights that we've had for over 2 years and we love them! But this new one I just ordered seems to have some problems. When I first inserted the batteries, it worked fine. I installed it under the cabinet - worked fine. Next day, my husband went to turn it on and it flashed and then went out. I jiggeled it and it worked again. At this point, we have a 50/50 chance that the light will turn on when we push the on button without us jiggling it.
